Yoga Class with Greg Jahn

Greg brings 45 years of yoga experience with an eclectic, heart-centered approach.  “My intention is to inform and encourage the self-reliance of a personalized strength and flexibility, in the context of teaching the fundamental principles for understanding and developing your own practice.”

Yoga practice is one of the most cost effective, safest, pro-active investments in physical health, optimizing flexibility, balance and strength.  It can also be an indispensable doorway into sound mental training.  Reframing the reason for practice can take on unprecedented significance by using yoga for the largest possible awakening of an evolutionary consciousness that co-evolves with Nature and co-creates with Spirit.

Monday and Wednesday Classes

$8 per class  –  All levels  –  Drop-ins welcome (as available)
