Greg brings 47 years of yoga experience with an eclectic, heart-centered approach combining Iyengar Yoga and Foundation Training. “We life in a ‘golden age’ of optimum personal practices like yoga for kinesthetic literacy and overall flexibility mixed with effective strength training biomechanics from deep anatomy.”

 

Greg Jahn is Billings’ only certified Foundation Training instructor for assisting restoration of the body’s natural movement patterns. Dr. Eric Goodman created this must-know-antidote to remedy the time constraints and immobility of our modern lifestyle.
