Air Quality
Breathe Live Better
We’re deeply conscious of the air we all share. That’s why we monitor air quality daily to help support the health and well-being of our community.
Just look for the flag outside our building—it’s updated regularly to reflect current air conditions. It’s a simple way to stay informed and make mindful choices about your day. Because clean air matters, and awareness is the first step toward wellness.
On days when the air isn’t as clean as we’d like, it’s important to take gentle care of yourself. Try to stay indoors with windows closed, especially during peak pollution hours.
If you need to be outside, consider wearing a mask or limiting strenuous activity. Use air purifiers if available, and support your body with hydration, herbal teas, and deep, mindful breathing indoors. Your lungs—and your whole self—will thank you.
