Please join Dr. Dietrich in mindfulness meditation training to strengthen your ability to be present in your life. This exploration is simple but not easy. She is not asking you to believe anything. A strong curiosity about your habits and patterns and a genuine interest in befriending yourself helps. The majority of people who actively complete the program describe an improved sense of well-being and focus. Participants will be supported as they create a consistent mindfulness meditation practice. Skills to strengthen attention and awareness of the present moment and insight into one’s “habits of mind” are encouraged.
