Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is a program that incorporates mindfulness to assist people with pain and a range of conditions and life issues that were initially difficult to treat in a hospital setting. MBSR complements your regular medical care; it does not replace it.
Please join Dr. Dietrich in mindfulness meditation training to strengthen your ability to be present in your life. This exploration is simple, but not easy. She is not asking you to believe anything. A strong curiosity about your habits and patterns and a genuine interest in befriending yourself helps. The majority of people who complete the eight weeks describe an improved ability to cope as well as being less judgemental of themselves and others.
This intensive training will take place every Sunday from Oct. 14 – Dec. 16, except Nov. 25.
