Seasonal Cleanse (Detox)

Tired or sluggish? Want to eliminate toxins, chemicals, and excess hormones from your body? Consider a seasonal cleanse. Internal cleansing of your body boosts mental and physical health and eases many symptoms and conditions, including:

During a cleanse, you drink medical meal replacement shakes for breakfast and lunch, have a light dinner, and take between-meal supplements. You are also encouraged to use naturopathic hydrotherapies and services to assist with detoxification.

Cleanses last three weeks and can be started any time. For best results, choose a time when you can relax and focus on the cleansing process. Stress can diminish your ability to detoxify. Cleanse at least once a year: your kidneys, lungs, liver, colon, and lymphatic system will thank you!

Cleanse classes are offered each spring to discuss the benefits of detoxification and the detox process.

If you suffer from multiple chemical sensitivities or debilitating chronic illness, your doctor can design an individual detox program based on your toxic exposures and current state of health. Non-patients may participate when approved by a YNC doctor following a 60-minute screening visit.
