Complimentary 15 minute visit
If you’re unsure that naturopathic care is right for you, you may schedule a complimentary, 15-minute, in-person or phone consultation with one of our doctors. We’ll answer questions and provide general information during this consult but will not provide diagnosis or treatment.

Check-In
Arrive early for vitals and to fill out forms or print and complete in advance.

Cancellations
If you can’t keep a scheduled appointment, let us know as soon as possible. You will be charged for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

First ND Visit
Your first visit with an ND: The doctor will visit with you in detail about your health concerns, pertinent past medical history, current medications, and lifestyle. The doctor will also address any acute health problems, and may 1) ask you to sign a release authorizing the clinic to receive your medical records from other physicians, and 2) discuss and arrange for laboratory tests to be done before your second visit. If you live more than 1-1/2 hours away, you may choose to have your first ND visit by phone. Your second visit will need to be in person. $310 will be required at the time of scheduling. We reserve this time for you and request a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule. Should you fail to reschedule within 24 hours or more or do not show up, you will lose your $310 paid at time of scheduling.

Second ND Visit
Your second ND: During this visit, your doctor will conduct a comprehensive physical examination, review with you any laboratory results and relevant medical records, address the underlying causes of any acute health problems, and devise an individual treatment plan to start you on the road to better health. $310
