Please join Dr. Dietrich in mindfulness meditation training to strengthen your ability to be present in your life. This exploration is simple but not easy. She is not asking you to believe anything. A strong curiosity about your habits and patterns and a genuine interest in befriending yourself helps. The majority of people who complete the eight weeks describe an improved sense of well-being as well as being less judgmental of themselves and others.
